So Glad You Will Be Joining Us!

What to Expect at Family Camp

We’re so excited to spend Family Camp together this year! Our time together will be filled with fellowship, fun, worship, and opportunities for the whole family to participate. Here are a few important things to know as you prepare for camp.

Arrival & Dinner

Registration begins at 4:00 PM at the picnic shelter. Please stop by when you arrive to check in and get room assignments. Take a family picture at the photo booth by the bridge and then go and get settled. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM.

Family Worship

Our services will look a little different this year! We want families to stay together during the service because many of the activities will be interactive and designed for the whole family to participate.

To help your kids stay engaged and with you throughout the service, please bring a few items they can use quietly during the service—such as small activities, coloring supplies, or other age-appropriate items.

Other Things to Know or Bring

  • We have experienced increased bear activity this year and request that all food be stored in the dining hall and not in dorms.

  • Families will be assigned to specific dorm rooms based on size and proximity to restrooms.  Please plan on keeping your family together rather than letting them go sleep in their friend's room.  This will help with volume, safety, and propriety.

  • Bring camp chairs for outdoor activities and services

  • Layers for changing temperatures—expect cooler nights and warmer days

  • Your red, white, and blue! We’ll be celebrating our country throughout camp with patriotic themes, so come prepared to show your colors.

  • Bring a little cash for Snack Shack which will be open Saturday afternoon.

  • Check the complete packing list below for everything you’ll need for your stay.

Important Property Guidelines

To help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, please remember that smoking, drugs, alcohol, vapes, marijuana, and tobacco products are not permitted at camp. Also, please leave pets at home.

We can’t wait to see you at Family Camp! Come ready for a great time together, make some memories, and enjoy all that God has in store for our families.
